As far as I can remember I always loved the cow. Me and my family would go on trips and I would make them stop along the way to take pictures of different cows. And now, 20 years later I have my husband taking pictures of cows for me! The farthest away photo I have is in Costa Rica, when my husband was there on business. Here's a favorite picture of a cute little cow (I will also try not to post too many cow photos either).
ANYWAYS, bet you don't know what happens when people find out you like cows. You would have no idea how much cow things there are till you start looking.
I'm getting off topic, but you get what I mean. I love cows. I also love hamburgers but the black and white cows are dairy cows so I justify it (somehow).
Deep down I really think my love of cows comes from the black and white contrast. From the artist stand point they are pretty cool to look at. And when they are born and have little pink noses, they are just so darn cute!
So of course my business had to be named after my long love of the bovine. But because I wanted to keep it clean, I changed the spelling a little and got "Utter".
I started out with a sans serif font, and when I got bored of that I re-designed it to have more of a flow to it. See below.
